Easy booking over the phone. Driver arrived a little earlier which was good. Text received letting us know they were outside. Dropped my mum off with no issues. Would recommend

Recently needed a taxi in a hurry - TQ12 came to my rescue and were fantastic. Lovely friendly driver and very clean car - and special thanks to lovely receptionist who took my call. I will definitely use again.

I trusted this taxi company twice in the last couple of weeks with 2 important routes: one to the airport from my parents at 3AM and another, after being part of a car accident and collecting a hire car. On both occasions, the lovely Jess was, friendly, enthusiastic and understanding to what we were going through. Going forward, we will no longer need to worry, simply call TQ12 and they will take care of us! Thank you and keep up the hard work.

Very friendly staff on the phone, taxi arrived quickly and I could track it on the app so knew how long I had to wait. Very clean car and friendly driver. Card payment very handy too. Thank you, will definitely use again and would recommend.

Brilliant service. Booked a return journey for my Dads 80th birthday surprise meal, traveling from Teignmouth to Torquay, originally booked the return for 11pm but as we’d finished earlier I asked for a possible change to our booking which was quickly done. Recommend highly and will be using TQ12 taxis again!
